Zindegi na milegi dobara

I wanted to see Delly Belly by my girlfriend wanted to see Hritwick Roshan, and so we ended up in " Zindegi na milegi Dobara ". I stay in barpeta which is still coming out of its medeval feudal/communal mindset and hence sitting in a multiplex with my girlfriend and munchin on popcorn and pepsi, i had nothing to complain..... but still the movie failed to leave a mark on me. I felt like dil chahta hai part 2, only realeased much later so that people dont remember part 1....didnt work for me. As far as hritwick,s roman god body ( and farhans body also ) my girlfriend always nags me on going for jogging and situps/workouts to evaporate my tummy....... so it was a little irritating when she watched the screen and then gave me the look which said it all.I sometimes think that if i could tell her about bipasha, katrena etc,etc..she would start a mahabharat. Anyways, leaving behind the physical part there were some moments of magic like when they went deep sea diving or paraglyding and we all felt ( at least i felt ) that is a life worth leaving.....the best part of the movie or the best thing about the movie was the name..... simply renouncing the hindu mithology of afterbirth and saying it on the face that this is your first and last chance to live so just LIVE LIFE to the fullest. Spot on.
